LEADERSHIP & CAREER COACH
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
With a background in coaching, facilitation, leadership and nonprofit management, my calling is to inspire ambitious, mission-driven individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential.
I help individuals who want to redefine their leadership journey or pivot into a more meaningful career. Together, we design a career roadmap that aligns with their unique personal mission and values, allowing them to step into new leadership roles with confidence and authenticity. I also help organizations ensure that the heart of their mission and values runs through all of their operations and programs—from organizational culture to strategic planning and implementation.
Most recently, I served as the Associate Director of the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities, am currently a member of The Lady Project’s Board of Directors, and mentor emerging female leaders through Brown University's Women's Launch Pad Program. I hold certifications in nonprofit management & leadership (Tufts University) and professional coaching (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and have a B.A. in Education Studies from Brown University.
When I’m not coaching, I’m singing songs from Mary Poppins with my two year-old daughter or designing modern quilts in my studio.
My specialties lie in: organizational development, strategic planning, performance evaluation and goal setting, board governance, project management, leadership and career coaching, facilitating meetings & workshops, and mentoring.
